We liked the fish stack and OG stack burgers very much. The mac&cheese was ok but not really cheesy. However the beers are pretty good and you could enjoy them all night if it wouldn't be for work next day :) Prices are high for the beer, same price as a burger mind you. However for once in a while its a good place to hangout with friends.

Amazing burger and craft beer place! I came on friday night and the place was packed but food came out very quickly. The craft beer was good and burger was nice. I didn’t have a chance to try more snack on the menu and will be back next time to try. One thing I didn’t like was how loud the music was and people were even louder in order to talk to each other. Overall, highly recommended!

Had sampled a few of their beers in Hong Kong so a visit to this tap room was a must while I was in Taipei and I was not disappointed.Selection of beers was incredible, great service and nice fun / casual vibe. Staff were chatty and attentive and were stoked we'd come to visit.We had a couple of beers and a selection of snack plates, but the burgers looked S-Tier. We also brought some of their branded beer glasses as a souvenir.For any craft beer lover / foodies this place is a must visit!

Great atmosphere and amazing food! I stopped by for a drink on a recommendation from a Taipei local.. the beer was pretty good, but it was the ambience that really struck me. It’s a very friendly, warm, and social atmosphere.The food looked so good that I went out of my way to come back for a burger the following day! It did not disappoint! The local food in Taipei is amazing so I was reluctant to have a Western meal, but I’m glad I did! Everything was so good! Definitely recommended to anyone in town long term or just passing through, it’s very convenient to get to!

This place serves hands down the best burger in Taipei. The burger is incredibly juicy and packed with flavor—yes, it’s a little messy, but totally worth it. The fries compliment the burger perfectly, making it a complete and satisfying meal. The service is top tier; the staff is attentive, personable, and everyone speaks great English, making the experience even better. If you’re in Taipei and craving a top-quality burger, this is the spot!

A very lively place with a lot of beers on tap.Loved their IPA, which was only 320 for 0.6lI went solo, but for sure a place I would go to with a groupof friends, appears to be a good mix of both locals and foreigners.Note, they do charge a 10% service fee, but even with that included the prices are on average of what I've paid for comparable places and craft beers.Very friendly and attentive staff, and there is also a bar downstairs which at time of visit seemed a bit more quiet.Place also accept credit card.680 for 1x large and 1x small IPA

We decided to stop by for some food and beer after staying in the area a couple of weeks prior. In our first visit to Taipei and staying in Da'An, we heard from many people that Taihu was the place to go for good beer. Visiting from San Diego, and originally from New England in the US, we are no strangers to world class brewpubs (Stone, Maine Beer, Hill Farmstead, etc). It takes quite a bit to reach the level of greatness set forth by Stone Brewing to make a great brewery. Great beer, great food, a great environment, and great people are the 4 things that are needed, and while many succeed in making great beer, they tend to lack in the remaining categories.Taihu? They have it all. Before we even step foot in their Da'An location, we were welcomed with world class hospitality by one of their employees, greeting us outside while leading us into the building. We were very promptly seated, and the staff were extremely helpful in both giving suggestions and next level service. Unlike some restaurants and breweries that seemingly lack interaction and service, Taihu has an "all hands on deck" mindset for service. No one server or employee is assigned to you, their staff moves throughout the dining room in a fluid like motion to ensure that not only is everyone taken care of, but that they are also having a great time.The food? A perfect blend of options, ranging from typical bar-fare comfort food to local dishes, each option having a quality that pairs excellently with any of their beers on tap.The Beer? Taihu does not shy away from a particular style, nor do they gravitate toward one in particular. Their list features a wide offering of tried and true styles (IPAs, lagers, ales), while blending in unique ingredients that are a rarity elsewhere. When was the last time you had a kumquat lager? Taihu has the BEST beer selections in Town!They have signature ones, Pale Ale, Lager, Dark ones, craft beer, IPA, and more seasonal collections. Taihu Daan has hands down the best burgers I have had anywhere in Taipei, by far. It’s not even close. Really good burgers, good buns, good ingredients in general. Great sides. Beers are on point as well. Highly recommend

I was recently in Taipei for 3 days and fell in love with Taihu Brewing. In fact, my wife and I loved it so much, we went back the next evening with the kids.I live in the U.S. so I’ve been to a lot of restaurants with great burgers. But I have to say the burgers at Taihu are my favorite! Both times I ate here, I ordered “The Chris” with fries. If I was in Taipei for an additional day, I probably would have come back and ordered “The Chris” for a third time. It was that good!The beer is great too. On my visits I had both the IPA and hazy IPA. Both were very good, but the hazy IPA was my favorite.Not only was the food amazing, but the service was great as well. The next time I’m in Taipei, I’ll be back!

By far my favourite place in Da'an. Truly excellent service, over 20 local beers on tap and having tried most items on the menu I think it's worth mentioning that this venue should be applauded for their incredible food! The prices are perfect as well.Finally, there's a nightclub in the basement which was buzzing with energy when I visited, very highly recommend visiting this place if you are a beer lover, even more so if you are a foodie 😊 fool's noodle at 120 NTD is a must!

Had the long Island ice tea beer. Tasted smooth and great. The braised pork rice was delicious 😋

Fried chicken is tasty but a bit pricey for the portion. The fried smashed potato cake is okay. Curry rice is quite unique. Fried dumplings are tasty but pricey for the size. Love the fruity beer. Overall, the food is good, staff is friendly, just a bit pricey…good vibe.

Taihu brewing definitely is known for their beer.I'm personally not much of a drinker, but I found a gem here. They have the best burgers by far in Taiwan! I recommended a few Americans to this place who was looking for burgers in taiwan, and one even told me it's the best burger he's ever had!I always get og stack with grilled onionsIt is a mix of in n out and restaurant gourmet burger. It is definitely the place to be if you want to get your burger fix while in Taiwan. Not to mention the awesome beer selection they have!
