He was an alumnus of Cumberland College and the University of Louisville. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Agnes Bolton Back; a son, U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Joe T. In July, 1998, The Lucille Grant Park in the Phoenix Hill Neighborhood was named in her honor, and she and her family celebrated her 1 00th birthday there last summer. She was also a Baptist. Monday. Mary Stewart Campbell Heckenkamp, died April 10, 2002, peacefully at home. Mrs. Heckenkamp was born on October 18, 1921. She was the daughter of the late A.C.
and Catherine Campbell of Bronxville, NY, and the wife of the late William B. Heckenkamp. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Mrs. Heckenkamp served as an aide to the wounded on military transport trains during World War II. The Heckenkamps moved to Louisville in 1952.
Mrs. Heckenkamp served as a volunteer at Norton Hospital and as a troop leader for both Brownie and Girl Scouts. She was, for fifty years, a member at the St. Matthews Episcopal Church, where she served for many years on the Altar Guild and was a member of the Book Club and Bible Study Group. Mrs.
Heckenkamp is survived by her son, James C. Heckenkamp of Louisville; her daughter, Jan H. Logan of Princeton, NJ; five grandchildren; and her brother, A.C. Campbell of Honolulu, HI. The funeral will take place at 11 a.m.
Monday, April 15, at St. Matthews Episcopal Church, 330 N. Hubbards Lane. The family will receive visitors at the church one hour before the funeral. Burial to be in Cave Hill Cemetery.

John Doumas, 78, died April 11, 2002, at his home after a brief illness. He was born on August 1, 1923, in Granite City, IL, to Sam and Emma Anz Doumas. He married Betty J. Schoen on November 2, 1946, and she survives him. John was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati School of Architecture and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II, stationed in the South Pacific.
He was a senior partner of Doumas Architects and practiced architecture for over 50 years. He was certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. John served as a vestryman and senior warden for both the St. Matthew's and St. John's Episcopal Churches.
Mr. Doumas was a deacon and past president of the Friendship Class at Beargrass Christian Church. In addition, he was a trustee for the Morton Church Home. He was an avid tennis player, reader and student of history. Along with his wife, Betty, two sons survive him, John Russell Doumasand Mark Anz Doumas; four grandchildren and two stepchildren; and a sister, Mrs.
Floyd K. Bohart. A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 1 3, 2002, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Beargrass Christian Church, 4100 Shelbyville Louisville, KY. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the Animal Care Society of Louisville.
Lenora B. Druien, 87, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, April 1 1 2002, at Hurstbourne Care Center. She was the former Lenora Fenster, a retired bookkeeper for the old St. Joseph a Kentucky Colonel, past secretary for AARP, past president of VFW Auxiliary 1682 and a member of Lynnhurst United Church of Christ.
